Sticky Manager

I’m just curious if anybody is planning a “sticky manager” plugin of some kind, now that sticky posts are part of 2.7.
Some kind of “quick toggle” in the admin’s edit posts area would be swell … I’m not sure how easy/hard it would be, but it would be great. The ‘show sticky’ was a great start, a quicker way to toggle them on/off would be even better.
