Sticky Item Works, But Column to the right shrinks

I have Legacy & Dynamic mode enabled, which causes the least amount of bugs with this on my page. Now the only problem I’m having is that the column to the right of my sticky item shrinks when I scroll down on the page. I can see in the browser CSS that the column is being shrunk from 66.66% to 33.33% on the scroll, but can’t figure out how to fix.
