you have to go to your header file and copy html of logo and primary menus in that top fix and then set it’s css accordingly.

Please do not recommend that users modify their theme files directly. It’s unwise advice and will cause them grief later on when the theme is updated. Meaning they will lose their changes.
You need to recommend a child theme or a custom CSS plugin if it’s CSS only.
