sticky footer on the homepage

Hi,
We have created a sticky footer that appears on all pages of the AMP version of our site.
But we did not find how to display this footer on the homepage.
We have used and modified the code that displays the social network icons of the “Swift” theme. Its display follows the same rules (no display on the home page).
What other changes are needed to display this item permanently at the bottom of the home page?
