    Hello All,

I have a website where I need to have a certain warning on every page on my site and must be visible at all times. This plugin has worked wonders thus far. However, whenever I try to put the sticky element anywhere on any product page, it always goes to the description on the product. Is there any work-around so that it can be visible at all times on product pages?

P.S. – I use Divi with a child theme and everything is up to date as of this post.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there! From what I can see, the warning appears to be sticky on your catalog page, as well as your product page. I’m not really sure what’s not working for you exactly, could you give me a few more details?

Hey Mark. The issue is that the warning has to be visible at all times (i.e. – hugging the header or something of the sort.)

For reference, look at the homepage. It works perfectly because the Divi builder gives you access to the whole page. However, when you edit the product page and try to use the same method, anything you try to do is stuck in the product description which someone would have to scroll down to initially see.

I essentially need a way for the sticky element to be at the top of the page.

If the warning needs to be shown at all times (and not just become sticky once you start scrolling down), then you should move the item in your template (or with CSS) to ensure it’s at the top of the page.

That’s outside the scope of what my plugin does, since that can only make elements sticky once they are at the top of the screen after scrolling a certain amount.
