Sticky Element disabled by Social Stream

    Upon enabling and implementing an FB Stream into a page the Sticky Navigation-header Element of the Theme is not working anymore. I know the Issue is probably somewhere in the public.js as when it is not loaded anymore (changed permissions to 0000) the Header element is working again. Any suggestions on why this is happening? As the page is currently not publicly available GDPR and Legel Text are not jet ready, I can not point you to a URL to view this.
