Obviously the file is not existing, what exists is

    …wp-content/plugins/gutentor/assets/library/theia-sticky-sidebar/theia-sticky-sidebar.min.js

    Hello @jani20 ,

The console message is not an issue you can ignore that.
I just tested Sticky Column with the latest version of the Gutentor and It is working fine. You can also view it on Advanced Columns Block, scroll down to the Sticky Column Demo.
Can you share your site URL?

    Best Regards!

    Hi @codersantosh,

Thanks for the quick reply. The url is https://demo11.monikaskorykow.com. No sticky elements at the moment.

Hello @jani20, If you don’t need Sticky Column, you can disable it from Dashboard => Gutentor => Settings => Optimization => Resource Load and Select Disable to Theia Sticky Sidebar.

    hi @codersantosh

Ok, I got it, it is working, but not as I expected.

If I do understand it correctly now: it makes sticky only the content within the Advanced Columns block and it is visible only if the content in a given child Single Column block has some space to move vertically, so if it is shorter vertically then the longest Sigle Column sibling.

I expected the Advanced Columns block to be sticky within it’s parent container (the whole body in particular).

Ok, I’ll see, if existing functionality is enough to fulfill my goals.

    Best regards

    Hello @jani20 ,

Yes, you are correct, Sticky Options on Advanced Columns work elements inside it when there are differences in height in columns.

I think for your requirements the Position and Z-Index options will work.
From Advanced Options Enable Custom Position and Select Fixed also increase Z-Index.

    Hi @codersantosh

    Thank you for the confirmation.

I already use Fixed position element (slider) as an initial background, now I need another element (full width cover image) to scroll up over it and then stick to serve as new (after user scroll up) background (with appropriate Z-index of course) for the rest of the content.

So neither the Sticky Column function that works only for shorter column(s) within Advanced Columns block, nor Fixed position will work in this case.

    Am I right?

    Best regards

Hello @jani20 , Yes The both options do not work in this case.

Did your try Animation Options with the Animation SlideInUp?

    (@jani20)

    Hi @codersantosh
This will not work either because I need the slide-in controlled by scrolling.
Thank you for your effort :), I resolve the topic, you can consider a container sticky to the whole body as a new function.
