    Hey team Woo / forum

I have a test site and a live site. For some odd reason, on my test site in the admin, on orders and on clicking an order, there is a scrolling white sticky header.

I cant seem upload any images no matter how i try which is annoying as hell

on my live website, i dont have this at all. can you explain to me how i turn this sticky header on for my live site?

im a bit baffled why its working on my test site like this but not on my live site? Any info how to make the live site work the same way will be extremely helpful please?

    Thanks in advance

  • Hi @crewcabins

    Thanks for reaching out!

I have a test site and a live site. For some odd reason, on my test site in the admin, on orders and on clicking an order, there is a scrolling white sticky header.

Are you referring to this highlighted part in the image below?

If yes, you’ve mentioned that it is showing on your test site and not on your live site, can you please check if there are any differences between the two sites via the System Status Report? If you’re unsure, please share both of the System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Otherwise, if you are referring to something else here, please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.
