Stick Header Image bottom to bottom of viewport

Is there a way to have the header image so that its bottom edge is always pinned to the bottom of the image viewport?

I’ve uploaded a 2000 x 1200px image, and in nearly all window sizes the bottom is cutoff.
I’d rather always see the bottom, and cutoff the top.
