Steps to return database prefix to wp_

Apologies if this is listed elsewhere. Could you please direct me to step-by-step instructions on how to restore the database prefix to the standard wp_ and undo the changes made by this plugin? I’ve backed up, but on restore there was no change, and I’ve lost some functionality on my site. Thank you!
