• Installed plugin while using ShopIsle Pro. That theme was not compatible, so switched to StoreFront. I’m using the default “Choose Package” page for both package selection and for the step-by-step part in settings. The two packages I created show up on the page, and are added to the cart when selected. The cart widget shows the updated package item at the top, and shows all my step categories below it. However, adding the package has either not advanced the step process, or the plugin is not showing the contents of the next step. I have de-activated all plugins except for WooCommerce and yours. No change. Please let me know if this is something that can be easily fixed. Thanks

    Hello.

Based on what you mentioned it looks like your trying to use the same page for both packages and steps. You will need to use two separate pages, one for the packages and one specifically for the step navigation process. By default, the packages page is called Choose Package and the steps page is Step-By-Step ordering, but you can change the pages to whatever you want. If you change the page names, make sure you make the appropriate changes in the SBS settings and also make sure to include the following shortcodes for each page.

For the packages page, make sure your packages page uses the shortcode:

    [sbs_select_package]

For the steps page, make sure your page uses the shortcode:

    [sbs_woocommerce_step_by_step_ordering]

The packages page should be a full page without the sidebar and for the steps page you can use a page with a sidebar. The widgets we suggest you use include:

    WooCommerce Cart Totals
    Cart

If you’re still having a problem after trying what I suggested, please feel free to contact us and we can take a closer look at your site for you.
