Step3 > Can not open the Content

    hello,

    i looked to your video (import xml/csv-data) than i have deactivated all plugins that i not really need, next i’m import my csv-file … step1 … step2 … and on step3 i can not open the dropdown or accordion-folder.

    Can you please help or take a look on my site (i will send you an admin-account)
    please?

    This is almost always caused by a conflict. You said you deactivated all plugins that you “didn’t really need“, but did you try deactivating every plugin other than ours and also switching to a default WordPress theme? If not, please try that and let us know what you find.
