STEP Files not Working

    I’m getting this error: “Failed to import model. (Failed to load occt-import-js.)”.

    I saw a previous post and review that this was a waste of money when they are attempting STEP files as well. Please fix this. I really wanted to use this plugin; there aren’t many on woocommerce that are as good as this one. I don’t mind to pay for this plugin, I just need it to work for my client.

    Luckily I did not pay, and read that review. But I would like to highly recommend you change this soon.

    I don’t use Elementor, but I use Divi “Elegant Themes”. So if you can get it working some how I would appreciate it. I attempted using short codes, but does nothing.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. The advanced viewer supports STEP files, however, there may be some STEP files that do not render properly. Unfortunately, we currently do not have a solution for this issue. As a workaround, you can convert the file to another format and use it.

    What would you suggest to use in order to change it to a working format?

    I’ve used this website to convert STEP to GLB and it will work:
