    So is there a guide for Step-by-Step filtering?

    You need to use the parent filter option from the “more options”.

    You have filter1, filter2, and filter3. In filter2 choose the parent filter1, for the filter3 choose the parent filter2. You can choose the option to hide chield filters as long as you don’t choose any filter term.
