Plugins in the WordPress repository are created, maintained and supported by thousands of independent developers.
No one on these forums can tell you that a plugin for a particular purpose does not exist.
However, if you can’t find a plugin that you like in the .org plugin repository, it may be time to consider alternative options (like having a custom plugin coded for you).
