Step 3 and 4 are completely blank

  • Hi,

    I recently installed your plugin that I find great. I’m experiencing some issues with the step 3 and 4: the page is blank, it doesn’t show an order recap or paiement details.

    Hi,

    it looks like this is an issue with the Avada theme.

    I’ll see what I can do about it and get back to you.

    Would you please uninstall the plugin and re-install the 1.9-beta1 version from here?

    You also need to enable the “Use Woocommerce One Page Checkout” option on the WP Admin -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> WooCommerce page.

    I have an older copy of the Avada theme (version 3.8.3), so I’m not 100% sure it will all work alright. But it looks like there were no big changes made on the checkout page in the later theme versions.

    Let me know if this works.
