Step 2 button does not show

This sounds like a JavaScript issue on your site. Please try the following steps:

1. Run a conflict test as described here: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/troubleshooting/plugin-theme-conflicts/.

2. If that doesn’t work, try running the export in Google Chrome. Once you select “Pages” and it freezes, right click on the page and select “Inspect”, then click the “Console” tab. If you see errors, send them to us here.
