    Hello,
    I have installed and activated Stencil on 2 different WordPress websites and Stencil will not load. I’m testing only on my personal Windows IIS local host environment. So, I don’t have an online URL to share. I’m working on Windows 10 IIS with PHP 7.4.9.
    I use the latest WordPress 5.5.1 version.
    When the Stencil application will open, there is a big screen display with some error messages and a Reload button but this is not working. See here for the screencapture.
    The error messages are:
    Please reload Stencil
    We had trouble accessing your cookies, which is needed for Stencil to work properly.
    This can happen if you reset them or your computer runs out of memory. Reload should fix this.
    “Reload”-button

    Is there anyone who have got the same issue? And how can I resolve this problem?

    You may be running into permissions issues. It’s hard to say, since you don’t have a live URL where I can test/debug this with you. When you do, please contact [email protected]

    In the meantime, make sure your browser allows cross-site cookies.

    Hello,
    Yes!! You’re right! Indeed, my browser was blocking cross-site cookies. I have disabled this in the settings and now Stencil is loading normal!
