• After some recent updates, had an issue with another PDF plugin not displaying well in Advanced Accordion. I reached out to their support and they said “talk to your accordion provider”. I thought “uh oh, another finger pointing session coming up”.
    When I emailed EA however (I am a Pro subscriber) – I got a near instant response, saying they had identified the issue! And then 18 hours later, I get an email saying the developer had fixed the issue and here’s an updated plugin! This is amazing – and it worked.
    A+++ stellar service, really impressed!
