    I purchased the Xadapter version of this plugin. I have all the keys/passwords for my developer status. When I try to check out, everything appears to be fine except for the FedExRESPONSE: Reveal. I am getting a stdClass Object Error – Authentication Failed. This is what I am seeing. Do you have any idea what might be wrong?

  • Hi @mporter213,

    This problem only comes when you have incorrectly placed the credentials. Maybe missed a uppercase lowercase or one of the fields is a live credential.
    We request you to double check this.

    I am using the basic version of plugin and am getting the same error and fedex shipping method is not showing on cart page to calculate shipping..I have checked my all details..please tell me what’s the issue

    Hi Gurvinderk,

    This problem can occur in two cases :
    – In test mode, if you have incorrectly provided the FedEx credentials, kindly correctly them. Then this problem will be resolved. These are the fields that you need to take care of.
    ‘FedEx Account Number”
    “Fedex Meter Number”
    “Web Services Key”
    “Web Services Password”.

    – In live mode,
    If you are facing this issue in live mode, then follow the same procedure as for test mode. This should resolve your problem.

    I have checked the all details …but not resolved.. Is fedex send unique password everytime we click for get test key?

    Yes, a new key should ideally have a new password.
    If you still face any problem, you can approach our support team so that we can resolve this.

    I’m also facing same issue.
    My website was working fine until I installed this plugin. Now it’s giving the following error:

    There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help

    How to resolve this?
    I have checked my credentials 10 times.

    Hi,

    “No shipping methods” message usually occurs :
    -When the product weights & dimensions are missing
    -Invalid/Incorrect credentials
    -Incorrect shipper/destination address
    Can you please ensure all the above setting up are configured correctly and then try again?

    This should solve the issue.
