• Bought a license. The plugin bricked my site by modifying the Woo single product template (I think) . Products could no longer be added to cart, and basic fields like description, were no longer showing. Asked for refund – no refunds. Worst experience with buying plugins. Should have listened to other reviewers.

    See, we have provided backend access and a frontend demo for the plugin. Then anyone can easily understand how the plugin works and what features it has. Please check the backend demo and see if all the complaints you made are happening in our backend demo.

    You directly blame the plugin. Any other issue may cause your site to have problems. If you told us, we would try and maybe find out where the problem is.

    Looking at our backend we have not found any such problem. So why this statement? Your one statement will influence many people to steer in the wrong direction.

    You agreed to our terms and conditions at checkout. It is clearly stated there, we do not give any refund. Pay if you agree.`

    Our free plugin has lots of features, users are using them and we think real users are happy. Buying the premium version for extra features.
