• I initially thought using this plugin might be interesting, but it doesn’t work. Worst of all, if you need support, they’ll ask you to buy a premium version—which doesn’t even exist. Instead, they push you to buy another premium plugin, regardless of what it is. If you don’t, they won’t provide any support.

Additionally, all their premium plugins come with limited-time support, so in the long run, you’ll be left “alone” to resolve any issues on your own.

This company doesn’t have good business practices. If you’re a serious business, I strongly recommend finding a more reputable developer who stands behind their product. Once you have several of their plugins on your site, replacing them can be very time-consuming. Plus, you probably spent a huge amount of time adding css code to make it match to your own brand.

So, even if their plugins seem nice, but you will have to deal with your own problems…

    Hi @gmongrut ,

I would like to provide more details the limited-time support duration of our plugins. As you know, there are too many frequent updates of the themes and other plugins on WordPress pushed out on a frequent basis, so our plugins must be updated alongside to work in sync with others.

We can only guarantee to provide updates and fixes of third-party issues within one year in form of customized snippets (when the issue is local) or update releases (when the issue is universal and existent within our plugin when there is no external factor involved).

Afterwards, we will still provide support, but only for issues that are critical and existent in our plugin to make sure ours work properly for the majority of users. It’s hard to provide long-term support when it comes to technical issues, unfortunately.

We hope that you can understand our difficulties in this.

    Best regards.
