• I purchased the plug in. It didn’t work for starters. The UI/UX was horrid. And they couldn’t even spell Wednesday and mandatory correctly.

    I asked for a refund. This was their response:

    “”Refund request is only accepted when
    – the said features(as described on product description) did not worked for you anyway.
    and
    – the support team does not resolve the issue within the timeline they promised
    and
    – Support team is unable to resolve your issue on default theme and with the plugins uninstalled that may conflicts with our plugin(s).”
    So, forward your wp admin access and show us your issue. Support team will check your issues.”

    First–no way am I’m giving these guys access to the back end.

    SECOND . . . Any plug in the THEIR plug in doesn’t work with has to be uninstalled?? Including the theme? When the app hasn’t been updated in FIVE months and isn’t even tested with the latest wordpress version??

    Essential in their “terms on service” they can uninstall ALL plugins, show that their plug in “does what they say” no matter how horrid it is and refuse a refund even if you’ve only had it for 45 minutes and found a plug in that actually works.

    STAY FAR FAR AWAY! Do not deal with this developer.
