    Hi,

After a succesful payment we would like to redirect the user to an external URL. We would like to send the entry ID of Gravity Forms along with the URL by a parameter. However shortcodes like {entry_id} doesn’t seem the work in the URL field of the status pages.

Is there a way to add dynamic parameter values to the URL?

    Yes, there sure is!

First create a “confirmation” for the form of the type “Redirect”. Make sure to check the box to be able to set the redirect query string. In the field for the query string you can use Gravity Forms merge tags and specify for example the entry ID with “gf_entry_id={entry_id}” — on the page you’re redirected to, you can then use the GET gf_entry_id parameter to get the entry ID.

Second, in the payment feed settings (Edit form ? Settings ? Pay ? [ Select payment feed ]) you can select the newly created confirmation as status page/action for a status on the tab “Status pages”.
