Status will change automatically

Hello there, I have an issue with your plugin. After someone buys a product that it's set as PRE-ORDER, the status of the order will change automatically in completed after 30-45 minutes after they made the purchase. In this way, it's very hard to identify the orders that are completed and the orders that are new but changed the status because of this issue.. Can you please help me with this issue? Thank you!
