After upgrade to wordpress 5.5 the woocommerce status widget on the wordpress dashboard stopped showing order details.

    while before it was:

    WooCommerce Status:
    ————————————
    – net sales this month
    ————————————
    – top seller this month
    ————————————
    – orders awaiting processing | – orders on hold
    —————————————————–
    – products low in stock | – products out of stock
    —————————————————–

    Now it only shows:

    WooCommerce Status:
    ————————————
    – net sales this month
    ————————————
    – top seller this month
    ————————————

    How can i fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

On my test site with WooCommerce 5.5.1, here is how my WooCommerce Status widget looks like:

Could you try updating to 5.5.1 and see whether it fixes your issue?

Thanks. Exactly. That’s how i want it to look like again. Mine only shows the top two rows. I am already on 5.5.1 unfortunately. Any thoughts?

update: todays update of woocommerce to 4.6.0 didn’t solve the problem either.

    Hi there,

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
