STATUS UPDATE – Notification Failure

    Just installed your PLUGIN. I have created a Classified Ad Status Update notification and a Classified Ad Pending Review notification.

    When the Classified Ad is changed to Pending Review a notification is sent.
    When the Classified Ad is changed to Published a notification is sent.
    When the Classified Ad is changed to Expired a notification is NOT SENT.

    Any ideas?
    The intent is to send a notification to the Author as the Classified AD goes through its’ LIFE CYCLE and ALLOW the AUTHOR to RENEW their AD if desired.

    Hi Daryl,
    Thanks for your message.

    If ‘Expired’ is a custom status then it won’t send a notification as custom statuses aren’t available in BNFW at the moment. Pending Review and Published statuses are available however and i’m guessing you’ve set up notifications for these which is why they’re sending.

    Is that correct?
