• How are you? I’ve been using the other mercadopago plugin that is in the repository.
    Lately I’ve been having problems with woo not updating the product from pending payment to processing. I have to do this and reduce stock manually. According to the plugin creator it’s an issue related to CloudFlare, which I use in my site and eventually with MercadoPago itself. According to CloudFlare support:

    “I would also ask MercadoPago if their client supports SNI ( Server Name Indiciation ), if they do not then they would not be able to connect to your https version of the site, as your certificates that you have with us require the client supports SNI. This may be a reason they cannot connect.”

    Does MercadoPago support SNI? As you are the official plugin I suppose you know this. If this is the error I rather know it before configuring and testing your plugin. Thank you very much!

    Have you already resolved this issue?

    Daily, we always have new merchants connecting to Mercado Pago through this plugin. As they uses SSL, I think that SNI is properly supported, otherwise we could be in need to keep updating ou SSL certifications.
