Status shows as not being connected

Hi there,
I gone through the instructions shown here:
https://www.crmperks.com/connect-wordpress-to-infusionsoft/Once I click save, the status of the connected shows a red ‘x’. On infusionsoft/kept the status of the connected app shows that it is live. Please help, this is a major blocker.
Version of the plugin is: Version 1.1.5
The Gravity forms zapier add on is also active
