Status Pending after succesful payment

    Hi, I’m working with Gravity Forms, Pronamic iDeal and Sisow.
    In testmodus everything is working great. In livemodus all succesful payments return as pending.
    In the menu ‘iDeal’ ‘Betalingen’ in the overview I see that for my live transactions de columns ‘Transactie’ and ‘Consument’ are empty, I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. These columns are filled for the test transactions only.

    In the Gravity Forms form editor, please add the’bank choice list’ from the ‘Payment Fields’ section to your form. Only with Sisow, this field is required to be able to process transaction status updates.

    You will find that the column ‘Transaction’ won’t be empty anymore for new form entries, after you’ve added the bank field to your form.
