• After upgrading to the latest version, the statuses on the WooCommerce > Orders page no longer works. Before there was a color which indicated the status for me. This was wonderful to be able to see at a glance what the status of my orders were…now it just says “Preview”. Can you please tell me what to do to fix this? Thanks!

    Not sure I understood it correctly, but if you mean that after upgrading WooCommerce, you no longer see status actions buttons – you need to go to your Orders page, then in top right corner there is “Screen Options” link. There you need to check “Actions” column checkbox. Also there is “Status” column checkbox, which will add current order status to the orders table.

    I am having the same problem. I have verified that I have checked the “Actions” and “Status” checkboxes but, while the actions and statuses display for other items, they don’t display properly for my custom statuses. I have no action icon and the statuses are just grey boxes with black text.

    Please advise.

    Please recheck, if both checkboxes in “WooCommerce > Settings > Custom Order Status > Add custom statuses to admin order list action buttons” (i.e. “Add” and “Enable colors”) are enabled. Also there is “Enable colors in status column” checkbox there.

    Yes, “Add custom statuses to admin order bulk actions” is checked.

    Yes, “Enable colors in status column” is there but I cannot enable that because I do not have the Pro version.
