• Hi, I noticed that in the “My Account” section of Woocommerce, in the page of your plugin “Your Subscriptions”, in the “Your Subscriptions” table, when a subscription that was active expires, the status of the expired subscriptions remains reported as “ACTIVE” while, to avoid communication problems with customers, I think it would be more appropriate if it was written “EXPIRED”.

    Hello @virtualgeo,

in the backend, the status of the subscription is already set as “Expired”? If not so, it’s normal that the plugin shows it as active.

The same data is displayed on “WP-admin” and “My Account”, the case I am reporting concerns an expired subscription (expiration date reached) but in the tables the status is “Active”. You say the plugin is made on purpose like this? It doesn’t seem correct. Why should a subscription be marked as Active if it is no longer active? The logic would be that if the subscription is expired it should not be marked as “active”. I am saying this.
    That’s all, Thanks.

Hi @virtualgeo, could you send us some screenshots showing the subscription settings and the order of any subscriptions where you have had this problem?

Where should I send these screenshots?
I have no way to attach them here, you can give me an email.

However, it is not difficult to recreate the problem, there are no strange conditions indeed it is enough to simply expire any subscription, and you will see that in the tables, under the word Status, the status always remains active even if the subscription has expired.
