    Thank you for contacting us.

    For shiprocket, if shipment status is not getting updated automatically, this denotes the problem with webhook configuration.

    Please setup the webhook as given in this video:

    If you are still facing issues, please email us with the screenshot of the webhook configuration in Shiprocket tab of plugin settings and the screenshot of the webhook page of your shiprocket account so we can further investigate the issue.

    @amitmital Sent you an email with all the Screenshots as its not working and I have already done the setup as mentioned in Video. I can see that webhook is not getting called automatically.

    @amitmital Are you still checking. Can you please give me an update. Does the Premium plugin solve this problem so that I can go for it and that’s the reason you are also not giving any kind of update here.

    Hi Anshul,

    I am very sorry for the delay in response, we couldn’t get it checked yet because our team got stuck on some other tasks which needed immediate attention.

    We are checking it now and will send you an update by eod.

    Also, shiprocket’s webhook integration is a free feature of the plugin so buying premium version will not automatically fix the problem.

    However, if you can, please do consider upgrading to premium as it will not only give you access to many more features, but also help us in prioritizing the plugin development and provide faster free support.

    Hi Anshul,

    We have checked and the configuration on your website seems to be correct. Also, the webhook seems to be functioning correctly, so auto sync should be working correctly on your website.

    One thing to note, Shipment movement updates are posted by shiprocket only when the shipment starts moving. So the updates are not synced until the courier is “out for pickup”. So please wait until the shipment has been picked up by courier and then check if tracking info is still not synced on the website for that particular order.

    I have the same issue with nimbus post. The sync now button isn’t automatically triggering.

    This issue denotes some issue in webhook configuration. Please make sure that nimbuspost webhook is configured as given in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SP3aix-CarM

    If it still does not work, please email screenshot of General and Nimbuspost tab of plugin settings to [email protected] so that we can further investigate the issue.
