    Hello,

    Our products are marked as ‘Sync and show’, but they all stay in status ‘not synced’.

    How can we solve this?

    From what I understand, you’re experiencing a problem with your Google Listings & Ads. Even though you’ve marked your products as ‘Sync and show’, they seem to remain stuck in the ‘not synced’ status. Let’s work together to sort this out.

    Firstly, I suggest you check the following things:

    1. Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Google Listings & Ads plugin. Sometimes, outdated plugins can trigger syncing issues.
    2. Double-check that your Google Merchant Center account links properly to your WooCommerce store. Incorrect linking might prevent your products from syncing.
    3. Verify that your products adhere to Google’s product data requirements. If they don’t, this could be the reason for the syncing issue. Here are the ?? General requirements.
    4. Did you recently change the visibility option status of the products? If so, please note that it might take 1-2 days for the products to sync fully. Here is more on ?? Channel visibility.
    5. Look for any sync errors in Marketing → Google Listings & Ads → Product Feed → Issues to resolve. Are there any reports there?
    6. Inspect your Google Merchant Center account for any errors that could be blocking the sync.

    I’ve reviewed your suggestions above:

    1. We’re using Google Listings & Ads plugin Version 2.5.5
    2. The Google Merchant Center account is linked properly to our WooCommerce store.
    3. Adhere to Google’s product data requirements. –> I reviewed the link you shared and believe our products are compliant.
    4. Did you recently change the visibility option status of the products? Yes, I changed visibility today to ‘Sync and Show.’ Then I used this page https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (substituting my URL for yoursite.com) to attempt to Sync all Products but returned ‘Error submitting products to Google: Google Merchant Center has not been set up correctly. Please review your configuration.’
    5. Look for any sync errors in?Marketing → Google Listings & Ads → Product Feed → Issues to resolve. No issues to resolve.
    6. Inspect your Google Merchant Center account for errors. I do not see any errors.
