Status is “on hold” after payment

Hello,
We already updated all the Skrill settings. When we do an order on over the skrill plugin we get the status on hold in Woocommerce. When I open the order it says: Skrill – Not Verified. Please check your Skrill settings.
Is there a debug log where I can find more information what happened there? Or what could cause this?
We are using Wocommerce version 4.0.1 and the skrill version is 1.0.34.
