    For some reason getting 2 errors in the Printful Checklist

    ##### Printful Checklist #####
    * Connection to Printful API => OK
    * Printful API key is set => OK
    * WordPress Permalinks => OK
    * WordPress version => OK
    * WooCommerce Webhooks => OK
    * WooCommerce API keys are set => OK
    * WooCommerce authentication URL access=> FAIL
    * WordPress remote requests => OK
    * WordPress Site URL => FAIL
    * Recent store sync errors => OK
    * Write permissions => OK
    * PHP memory limit => OK
    * PHP script time limit => OK

    Checked everything I could think of.
    Any advice?

    Thank you for reaching out!
    It looks like your WooCommerce authentication URL access and WordPress Site URL are failing.
    Could you verify that you have entered the correct store url in your settings?

    Something you could also try is to disable all plugins but Printful and WooCommerce, when you set up the connection, as a security or firewall plugin could be restricting access to your store’s side.

    I left only these 4 plugins
    Printful Integration for WooCommerce
    WooCommerce
    WooCommerce Admin
    WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway

    – didn’t help

    I double-checked the store url in store’s settings looks good – https://my-domain.store – without “www.”

    I see that your store connection is currently active in your Printful Dashboard > Stores, could you let me know if you were able to solve these issues and, if not, could you also let me know if you are seeing any errors when you try to add a product to your store?

    When I click the add product button it partially adds the product info to the store but failing at the end.

    I have to “Refresh Data” several times until all the info is transferred.

    and all the products are not synced.

    I had to sync everything manually

    The error we are currently seeing in relation to your store is the following:
    504 Gateway Time-out
    The server didn’t respond in time.

    This might be causing the issues you are seeing, whilst trying to add products to your store via your Printful Dashboard.

    We suggest increasing your site’s resources and/or the maximum execution time to improve this.
