Status completed on payment

  • Hi there,

    I use the plugin for two sites. One is dutch and one is English.
    The dutch site enables me (in settings/payment/ideal etc) to set the order status to completed after payment (checkbox).

    The English version doesn’t have this option (in settings/payment/ideal etc). Only on/of checkbox of the payment method. So I don’t get email notification on orders and have to manually check orders.

    How to change this?

    Hi,

    You should be able to configure the status after payment is received in the payment methods options.
    Go to WooCommerce -> Settings > Checkout > Paymethod of choice (e.g. iDeal). the last option on the screen should be to set this.

    If this isnt the case, you can try to obtain the latest release from our github page manually and see if that version fixes the issue for you:
    https://github.com/idealplugins/woocommerce/releases/latest
