Status completed before payment

    Hi,

    The purchases on my site using the payment slip (or billet) method are not getting the status of hold-on. The order status changes to completed before payment is made by client. This way, the users gets access to the courses before completing the payment.

    I tested selling products without integration learndash/woocommerce and billet payments worked fine. Therefore, I believe the problem is integration.

    Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this?

    When you say “payment slip (or billet)” — is this a specific plugin? If so, you’ll want to reach out to the plugin developer for help with that one.
