Status change jobs

Hi,

I was trying to use Status change jobs, but it seems to not work properly.
I am using it for several days, and a lot of orders doesn’t trigger as expected. For exemple I have several dozen of orders passing from status “pending payment” to “processing”, but only 1-2 triggered the jobs.

So I was wondering if you can help me to understand what was triggering the jobs? are you listening to a specific type of hook? is it related to cron jobs?
