    Boa noite!
    Estou com um problema nos status de pedidos, o cliente compra e o pedido fica pendente, depois de algum tempo o pedido é cancelado mesmo o cliente fazendo o pagamento.

    Isso come?ou a acontecer meio que do nada, n?o sei se tem como configurar esse tempo de espera ou o problema é outra coisa.

    I have a problem in order status, the customer buys and the order is pending, after some time the order is canceled even the customer making the payment.

    This started to happen from scratch, I do not know if I have to configure this waiting time or the problem is something else.

    What Payment Gateway plugin/option are you using? Sounds like the Payment Gateway option you’re using isn’t updating the order correctly, as the Processing status should be the default status that your order lands on (unless they’re virtual products, then it should be Completed).

    If your order is defaulting to the Pending status, I’d check with the Payment Gateway option you’re using to make sure things are setup correctly.
