Status and Estimate order not saving after 1.1.0 update

    Hi, superb plugin but I’m having issues after the 1.1.0 update.

    I updated the plugin and clicked the “Migrate” button. However, all my statuses and estimates are in a different order to before the update, and reordering and saving in the admin does not affect the frontend display order.
