stattraq not working anymore ? (due to WP2.0 ?)

Hi group, hope someone can help with this:

have had Stattraq 1.0a on my site for a while together with MostWanted 0.1.8 which worked fine for a while. Earlier I got around the problems with stattraq only logging visits as Multiple Posts.

Now, since upgrading th WordPress 2.0, the same problem is back, I see thousands of hits to Multiple Posts but none to the blog entries themselves (except one hit to a draft entry which is not published yet..)
The ‘fix stats’ button on the configuration page of mostwanted does not fix anything.

any ideas ?
