• I recently updated my WordPress site but noticed that several features have disappeared. I am no longer able to see my Jetpack statistics on the dashboard showing the number of site visitors since I transferred my blog to WP in January 2011. In addition, the same feature that showed the e-mail addresses of those who subscribed to my site is gone. The box where visitors can enter their e-mail addresses to subscribe is missing on the homepage of my blog at https://www.internationaltradeexaminer.

When I tried to follow the steps mentioned in an earlier forum, which would required that I reinstall the Jetpack statistic plugin, I received a message indicating that it was already installed. However, it is not listed as either an active or inactive plugin on my dashboard.

Finally, my Facebook and Twitter plugins also disappeared following the update.

Any advice on how to resolve these issues, especially pertaining to the Jetpack stats/subscription feature, would be greatly appreciated.
