Stats stopped working

  • Hi,
    Stats had been working fine up to July this year. The first 11 podcasts all had stats generated for them. My user has since added another 4 podcasts but no stats are appearing. Other than updates to WP and plugins nothing has changed. I checked in the database and the stats records are not being created for the later podcasts but I can’t see why.

    I noticed someone else had this problem a year or so ago, but no resolution was posted for it.

    Hi Terry,

    Have you run a plugin and theme conflict test on your site to see if that could be affecting the stats collection? As you know nothing from the plugin side has significantly changed since July, so not sure why the stats would all the sudden stop working.
