Stats stopped recording 1st Feb

Did you add anything to the site around that time? A new plugin, or a plugin update? Or did you change or update your theme?

Another user recently reported a similar issue, and pointed out a recent update in the Complianz plugin in this forum thread. I see that plugin active on your site right now, so I’d recommend reaching out to their support team and ask them if there’s anything they’ve done in their update that affects wp_footer. Please see the section under “The Stats feature is active, but no visits are being recorded anymore” in our documentation below for more information on this:

Hi, it is the same for me. My stats also stopped 31 Jan / 1st Feb. I’m also running Complianz

same problem here… after 31 jan 1st feb my user statistic is reduced by 90% so it really looks strange… was using complianz too so i just changed to gdpr cookie consent hopefully it is now working ??

It is definitely the Complianz plugin causing the issue (if I deactivate the plugin the stats start recording again). Have reached out today so hoping for a resolution.
