Stats showing without labels

    First, THANK YOU for the time and energy to create such a well-designed and simple app. It is very much appreciated!

    I”m seeing in stats a few unlabled parts of the pie chart – Audio Player, Other, Direct Download, and Played in new window are all showing stats as advertised. However, there’s a green and a yellow section of the pie chart that are showing up with no label.

    Possibly separately, the “other” section seems quite large, though I’m guessing that might be from other podcasting apps using the direct RSS feed information?

    Could you post a screenshot of your pie chart? There’s a chance that the labels aren’t showing because the pie segments are too small, but I won’t be able to say unless I see a screenshot.

    The ‘Other’ section will probably be quite large because people are using other sources than the ones that this plugin tracks. You can see a list of the specifically tracked sources in the FAQ. If there are any other sources that you think should be tracked then let me know and I’ll see about adding them in a future release.

    Sorry for the delay! You can see a screenshot of the stats here. I am fairly certain most of my listens are coming from iTunes, which I’m guessing is actually being read as “other”?

    Thanks for the screenshot – that is rather odd. It could be that the iTunes listens are not being tracked correctly, but either way I’ll have a look through this and see what I can work out.

    Awesome, thank you so much! If it has any impact, I’m running fully updated versions of WP and all plugins, on a multi site install with domain mapping.

    I too am seeing this… I have a blue section and a red section the blue section of the pie is “player” and the red section of the pie is labeled as “other” which is 96.4% of my listeners.

    This is all fixed up in the latest release of the plugin (v1.0.1) – you will see the update available in your dashboard within the next hour and this, amongst other issues, will be resolved.
