    Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch about this.

On the other site, the issue was related to the start of DST in the Santiago timezone. If your site is also in this timezone, please try updating to the newest version of Independent Analytics, and that should resolve the issue.

If you’re using a different timezone, please let me know what it is and that will help us to debug.

Hi, I’m in a completely different timezone (GMT+2). Any help would be appreciated.

Got it. Looks to be an unrelated issue then.

It looks like this isn’t a bug with the chart in particular because the Quick Stats appear to be changing too based on the screenshot. I visited the site just now and the tracking script is firing successfully on every page. Are your visitors still low today or are your normal numbers returning?

Have there been any major changes to the site since September 20th when this began? Maybe a transfer to a new host or CDN?

    Hi Ben,

Yes, the visitors are still extremely low.

I’m not seeing anything that is running incorrectly right now. Do you have another stats plugin you can compare data with? I am wondering if a traffic source is no longer delivering the same volume of traffic, like an ad campaign that has concluded.

Okay, thanks for looking into this. Google Site Kit does gives slightly higher numbers. I guess that you’re right about the ad campaign. We had a campaign running that ended roughly the same time the number of visitors started to drop.

Okay that makes sense. If you have data from the advertising platform, you could also compare stats there to make sure it lines up.
