Stats not working in the dashboard

    Hi,

    I am experiencing a problem with the stats by Jetpack, it keeps loading and it does not end (in the wp dashboard). But when I click to show all stats works perfectly (it opens in a new tab).

    Hi Valmy,

    this seems like a plugin conflict. Could you let us know the address of your site?

    Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    To make it easier, install the plugin Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
