    Hello, since October 21 the statistics of my site do not work.

    And I know that I have visits because he used other tools that show it.

    I’ve already followed step by step what Jetpack recommends (the Wp_footer code is where it needs to be).

    Review the theme. I even changed the theme. I completely uninstalled it, downloaded it, and reinstalled it. I don’t know what happens … but it doesn’t work. I need my stats.

    Any help you can give me? Please!!!

    Hello, thanks for answering.

    I was using the native WordPress registry. To that I added the Jetpack tool.

    Since it stopped working I added the Statictics plugin, but only to see if the statistics were working and not working.

    Huh? WP Core does not record views or stats.

    Google analytics don’t show up on the GA site for 24 hours. What plugin are you using for that?

    I’m using for Google Analytics, Site for Google … and I have everything connected from there.
    That is, I have Jetpack, Statictics, and Site for Google. Statictics installed it when they stopped working. Is it a problem in the database?

    Are your GA stats available yet on Google Analytics? What do you see in the Google Search Console?

    Hi no. I just restored the site to October 20 and the stats are working again. Then I went back to the day-to-date backup and they stopped.
    The Google Analytics code is in the theme’s header.php.

    I no longer know what it will be. Could it be due to an error in the database?

    On October 20 I uninstalled Wordfence and it is a very complex plugin.

    It would not be an error in the database. Restoring indicates that some update probably changed things OR two things are fighting.

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
