    Hi @solucepro

Please enable the Cache Compatibility Mode in the settings, and also following the guide below, add the WP Statistics endpoint to the whitelist and check if you are receiving the XHR Response or not?

    Thanks for your reply.
In fact the Cache Compatibility Mode was activated.
I then deactivated it and now it works…
Should I leave this setting as it is or do something else?
    Thanks for your help

If disabling it resolved the issue, no further action is needed.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or need assistance.

    Hello,
In the end it didn’t work.

I did everything that is noted on the page:
    https://wp-statistics.com/resources/troubleshoot-with-cache-plugins/

And when I open a page in private browsing, I don’t see the line :
    hit?wp_statistics_hit_rest=yes&current_page_type…

But with the same configuration on my other two sites, it works.

    Thanks for your help

    Hi @solucepro

There is an error in the Browser Console when visiting your website, which seems to be caused by a conflict with a plugin that has prevented the visit from being recorded.

Please disable the installed plugins one by one and check which plugin is causing the conflict. Then inform us of the name of the plugin that caused the conflict so that we can investigate this issue.

    Regards,

    Thank you for your feedback.

I’ve deactivated each plugin one by one and I’ve finally found the one responsible for the conflict:
    hCaptcha for WordPress Version 4.2.1

Then I reactivated it to check, and it’s definitely it.
I took the opportunity to deactivate some settings and check, but that didn’t change anything.
Only deactivating the plugin allows you to retrieve the stats.

    Sincerely,

    Hi @solucepro

It seems that your issue has been resolved.
Did you disable the plugin or did changing its settings resolve the issue? Additionally, have you made any specific configurations in this plugin?

According to our simulations, there was no interference with this plugin.

    Hello,

Yes, my problem has finally been solved.

Changing the plugin settings didn’t change anything.
    Only uninstalling solved the problem.

Of my three sites, solucepro.net is the only one to have caused a problem with this plugin.

    I’m not sure why.

    Thank you for your help.
